With working from came shoulder tendon impingement that required me to get an extended therapy with Physio and then after 10 sessions doctor suggested me to buy a massage gun and I found this one with good reviews a $10 coupon and a good price under $100I started using it the same day I got it deliveredIt's been 3 weeks now and it works greatI charged it onceI use it for 2-3 mins everyday at night to relax my tendonSo far it's been helping me avoid any further therapy with PhysioThe product built is strong and solidFeels premium although it came in a generic brown box with no branding whatsoeverBut the product is definitely not generic it's par from my expectations and works for meBattery on this one was only charged onceIt kept showing 99 % for 9-10 days and then started going downAfter 3 weeks of use it is still @30So it definitely lasts longerRecommended

Purchased this item as a gift so haven’t used it but looks cheap so will be returning. It did arrive quickly and no damage. It does come in a nice case with multiple massage heads, and I’m sure it works great, but I just didn’t feel it was something I wanted to give as a gift. If I was purchasing it for myself, I’m sure I would have considered keeping it. So I can’t give it a fair reviews having not tried it. I have updated my rating to 4 stars because the customer service with this company is above exceptional.

It does an excellent job in relieving my joint pain with it's deep penetrating actions. It is rather quiet and can go on without recharging for days when I use it 10~15 minutes a day. The massager first came with a broken switch and the seller was prompt and responsive in replacing it. Excellent Service, great machine !!!

I had recently purchased this Sieeck massage gun which was delivered late for starters.I am having issues with the device as soon as I opened it up. I am unable to power on device unless it is plugged into power outlet. I notice it has solid green light while it is plugged into power. As soon as I disconnect from power outlet, I am unable to turn on the device.When it is connected to power outlet and I am able to power on (which takes a few goes as the button either delays or require a harder push) the device will not increase in intensity no matter how at times I attempt to push the “+” button. If I am lucky enough to get it going, on the lowest intensity, I apply slight pressure to the muscles in my arm and the device struggles so it powers off. I have tried reaching out to the products tech support but getting no reply.I am very disappointed in this product. I would have thought since it was advertised as a Prime day sale that I would get a good deal. Especially when it is valued at the cost that it is - feels like I was ripped off.
