A promising phone let down by Oukitel.The C22 was excellent, on paper, for what I was looking for. It has generous ROM and RAM for the price. However, the basic Android operating system uses up half of the available RAM, so what you're left with leaves the phone sluggish and unresponsive. Some apps that work fine on other phones need to be tapped or exited multiple times to actually respond and perform the action.The speaker is awful and on the loudest setting, it is still difficult to hear people.Despite the C22 running Android 10, Oukitel have not enabled the ability to download Android updates or security updates from Google. With all of the cyber crime in the world today, this is an essential service. However, I bought the handset in June 2021. The last security update was March 2021. It's now April 2022, and there are no security updates or certificates and no Android updates available. I know this is not Androids problem as I have a Huawei P30 Lite and an Ulefone Note 9P. My sister has a Samsung Galaxy S20. All three handsets have received numerous Android updates and new security updates in January and March of 2022. The Oukitel C22 has not been updated, leaving it wide open to a host of issues.A week ago an annoying software bug developed, whereby the notification drop down will, entirely of its own accord, drop down whilst you're in the middle of doing something. It freezes your screen and cannot be removed without locking and unlocking your screen to wipe the fault.The C22 could be great, but it suffers from bad components like the speaker and Oukitel are not prepared to enable Android updates to this device.

I would like to like this mobile phone more. It's fast for the price, camera and battery are good, i can't get service at my home, its terrible compared to my old phone. No one can't reach me when im at home, had to return this phone.
