I finally broke down and bought these to have for family events/parties. The jars are very cute and the stand is perfect! The little labels/tags were easy to write on and clean. The jars came intact and without damage. I didn’t especially like that the spouts are plastic but I suppose I could always replace them, the spouts worked well as far as easy open and close. I did notice however that both of them had small drips where the spout goes thru the glass. We tightened the piece as much as we dared without cracking the glass but still had a slow drip which was slightly annoying. It didn’t dump everywhere or anything and I just kept a paper towel underneath to catch the drips but a better sealing method would be ideal. I also haven’t used the ice/fruit holders yet but they seem to fit fine with the lids on.

The glass around the spigot was chipped around the spigot hole upon arrival. I’m worried about it being waterproof as I don’t want to tighten it so much it breaks.

product was okay for the price. serviced its purpose but both had a slow leak. had to place an aluminum pan under them to catch the drip.

Love this! So cute. The chalk pen that came with it was dried out. But that’s my only complain! Everything else obsessed

Love the product and it's very cute. The only issue is the faucet drips on it. I've messed with it a few times to get it to drip less, but it still drips.

Great jar, but can’t get the lid on tight with or without the fruit holder.I’d appreciate it, if you’d send me a better lid that actually fits

I was having buyers remorse when I first went back online to get the missing instructions to assemble the spouts and read all the negative reviews about leaking and dribbling spouts. All the negative reviews ensured that I paid special attention to the advice of an addendum to the missing instructions (which was included) instructing one to hold the nut (on the inside) while twisting the spout (on the outside). I used an adjustable wrench to hold the nut still on the inside while twisting the spout until I could see a little bit (about an 1/8") of the threaded rod coming out the back of the nut. Again, scared by the negative reviews, I also did a test run on the edge of my sink a few days before the party to make sure they were working, and I didn't have any drippy surprises. While I did screw on the lids, I didn't screw them on tightly (fearing the vacuum-induced dribble also described in reviews). They worked great. The kids (5 and 6 year olds) could operate them. They held a surprising amount of liquid. I loved the stand. The chalk boards also worked well--I was able to erase and rewrite on them. In addition to the chalk boards four random black stickers are included. These apparently fit in the pressed glass cartouche on the sides of the jars. I am not sure if they are easily removed--I decided not to test this.

I bought this to replace my Pottery Barn drink dispenser, which shattered when I dropped it on the kitchen floor. The Amazon description was adequate and it looked good. I liked the option to use a flavor infuser.I was disappointed to discover that the spigot was plastic. It is chrome colored, so it looks like a metal spigot. I am unwilling to use a plastic spigot. The working part of the dispenser needs to be metal for durability. Just like the metal lid.Alas, I am back on the hunt for a clear glass drink dispenser with a metal spigot.

The spout is cute and good quality. The size is what I wanted. Not impressed that it arrived in a box in a bigger Amazon box. Amazon needs to do better to lessen its packaging!

The glass on this product broke as soon as I tried to insert the dispenser spigot - I was very lucky not to have cut myself. I DO NOT RECCOMENT THIS PRODUCT.
