This is most likely the most disturbing book I have ever read. Maybe even more disturbing than the first time I read Stephen King's " The Stand" , the uncut version. The contributing authors took me into the minds of the most disturbing mental patients I could imagine . Most of them I could never have imagined, and I think that I have a gifted, if twisted imagination. The staff and doctors were as troubled, if not more so than the patients.I recommend this book to hard core psychological terror reading fans only. I had to read this slower than I usually read, that is how terrifying I found this book to be.There should be a warning or disclaimer at the beginning of this book. It is that creepy and is not for all readers.

A good reading experience
I learned about this story when I saw an author's video about it a couple of month's back. I'm reading more horror stories these days, and the entire concept of this anthology really intrigued me. I can say it was a blast! A good reading experience. There were some stories I enjoyed more than others, but the majority were well put together and the whole concept of a shared world anthology like this one was great.

Creepy, disturbing.
Just what I'd hoped it would be and then some. No dull moments but sometimes a bit hard to follow. You really have to pay attention to caricature details. The art work was very cool as well. Highly reccomend this book on those dark stormy nights where every noise in the house makes you jump...

Confusing
This book is a collaboration of many authors. It is detailed, gory and confusing. I had a hard time following the events happening and the thoughts and interactions of these characters. Even after finishing the book, I’m not entirely sure what happened; thus, the title fits this book. There is some artwork at the beginning of each chapter that gives the reader an idea of what messed-up creature they will encounter.

Mad
Very original story. Lots of crazy characters into every depraved act you can think of. Lots of very sick people and amazing drawings.
