3M 468MP Adhesive Transfer Tape Sheets 10" x 10" (5-Pack)

Lieferung ist sehr schnell. Bögen sind gut geschnitten nicht geknickt. Der Kleber macht was er soll. Einzig der Geruch der Klebebögen, vor dem Kleben, ist sehr stark. Der beißende Geruch verflüchtigt sich aber nach dem Kleben bzw. nach dem ersten erwärmen komplett. Ich habe die restlichen Bögen deshalb in Folie eingeschweißt.

Superschneller Versand. Qualität 1a! Wärmeübertragung ist so wie ich es wollte. Klebt sehr fest! Man muß aber beim aufbringen aufpassen, denn es lässt sich nicht mehr ohne Beschädigung entfernen!

Careful application of this transfer tape is key as many have talked to. One 10x10 sheet can get you as many as 3 4.3" PEI disks for the Monoprice mini delta. (My application) Go slowly, peel the white backing off of the sheet or trimmed parts of the sheet for exposing the adhesive film. Carefully apply your PEI bed material, after peeling one of the protective film sides off, onto the smooth adheseive surface and slowly work from one side of the surface to the opposite side to get air bubbles out of the adhered transfer tape film. Once done, you're ready to rock and roll with the other side, doing the same slow even work to adhere it to the heated build plate on your printer. Once there, you should be good to go. Remember, the stuff is GRABBY. Once it's set down at the start of the process, you will have a hack of a time getting it off without damaging the PEI or the adhesive. Once properly placed just work from one side to the other to ensure few to no bubbles in your application.

Reattached my tank pads to new tanks perfectly. This is great for those kinds of applications. Thinner but strong grip.

I use this product mostly for affixing items to a desk surface. You have to apply carefully for it to work. The white layer gets peeled off first revealing the thin sticky layer. If anything (even your fingertips) touch the sticky layer, it will start to peel away. The sticky layer is more of a glue than tape, so any peeling away will deform the sheet. I found that carefully applying the sticky layer to the surface and holding pressure on the logo layer will form a good bond. Then carefully remove the logo layer. Depending on the bond, you may have to peel the logo layer extra slow. Then set the object and apply pressure. If the bonds are good, it will be mounted solid. I don't find this product very easy to use, but given the benefits of a super thin and strong adhesive that's able to be cut into shapes, it's well worth the effort. Most double sided tapes are at least 4x as thick and more expensive.
