What is the size of the stones?

The knife sharpening stone kit size is 7.2 inch.

What is the leveling stone used for

Stone fixer keep your water stones flate

What is the stone fixer used for ?

The stone fixer is used to correct a stone that’s been worn. When the sharpening stone is no longer flat from sharpening, the stone fixer is used to correct the surface so that it’s flat once again to be able to sharpen knives to give it a proper edge.

Is the angle guide for both 15deg and 20 deg angles?

It's supposed to be,. It I found the guide to be useless for most blades. It might works for larger kitchen knives, but beyond that it small and awkward, and doesn't stay out very well, and is made from cheap plastic
