In fl you can’t have a license plate cover that covers the plate. This plate Frame satisfied the law. Nothing fancy but works well. I gave it a 5 but had a hard time since it’s a simple plain frame. Screws didn't fit, one cap missing
Color was nice, fit well over clear plate cover. Disappointed that I had to use old screws and not enough caps. One set missing. Decided since my BLUE OVAL was no longer blue, I'd add a touch of blue. ;)
