I have a very tall old guy and a short (medium) young lady for dogs. The bowls are tall enough for each one. They love licking their bowls clean. Best part is the silicone liner where the food goes. You take it out, fill it up, plop it back into the very sturdy base and keep it moving. The removable liner design also allows you to clean the bowl in the easiest way. You don’t have to fit the entire container in the sink, just the bendy liner where it’s great. The depth is enough so my dogs can reach every bite of food and not make a mess all over the floor. I don’t use it for water, that seems a little sketchy to me - but it is great for dry/wet/mixed foods.

I use hard and soft food for my English Bulldogs. I was honestly so surprised with HOW HEAVY and sturdy this is. Which is great because when my dogs eat, they use the back wall to help push food into their mouth. It is so heavy it doesn't budge. Cleans super easy. Even the rubber inserts is super thick and heavy. Yes, this is spendy- but very well built. This will last a very long time. I bought 2 of the xl.

So my dog Franklin has a lot of things working against him for being able to eat. He is a rescue with a ton of health issues. 1. He is a flat faced bulldog. 2. He has a deformed jaw so his upper and lower jaw doesn’t meet evenly making it difficult to pick small items up. 3. His teeth are useless . 4. And his tongue is sideways and is difficult for him to work with. So we have had a difficult time finding him a bowl. The Fluff Trough came highly recommended from other bulldog owners. So we decided to give it a try. Franklin is a big dog ( 80lbs) but is short and stocky with a large chest. We’ve bought elevated bowls in the past that he just couldn’t reach. And the shorter versions were meant for smaller dogs. This one is made for bulldogs by the height and shape. Its literally perfect for him. Also he tends to excitedly eat and push his bowls and food around. The inside is a grippy silicone not just regular plastic. The food sticks to it a little bit so the food doesn’t slide all over. ( also it comes right out for easy washing) It also comes with grippy pads for the legs so it doesn’t slide. And its lower center of gravity make it difficult to tip over. If you have a bulldog I highly recommend this food dish! Its extremely well designed. Whoever designed it fully understood the assignment!!

We already had two smaller Fluff Troughs for our French Bulldogs but when we got our English Bulldog we got her this bigger Fluff Trough. Honestly we could probably have given her the smaller one. This seems like it’s for bigger dogs over 50 lbs. These are great for smoosh faced breeds and make it easier for them to eat.

I have been searching for a quality bowl for my Old English Bulldog and this is it! It is the perfect height for her. The high back keeps the food in so she doesn’t have to eat it off the floor (helping to keep the floor clean). The rubber feet held it in place! It didn’t move an inch. It feels sturdy and well made and the insert is nice for easy cleaning! I was skeptical of the high price but so far totally worth it!

Good size for my 30lb French bulldog. I had originally purchased the standard size but he was still making a mess but this larger one solved that problem even with wet foods. Easy to set up, good quality. It’s seems like he can breathe better while eating which is great for his long term health. Only negative is how expensive it is. This company can help more dogs by selling it for a slightly better price point. Also it says it’s for large dogs and came with height extenders but it did not. This would work for maybe a medium sized dog but that’s about it. I had a 150 lb pit and this would of been too small even with the ridiculous looking extender’s

This is a must have for anyone that feeds raw dog food.

No more trouble eating! My English Bulldog used to give me a fit about eating. We’ve tried every food on the market after he turned 1 year old because he just didn’t want to eat. He didn’t seem to like anything. Often he would even refuse steak or beef I’d made for myself after putting it in his regular round bowl on the floor. Not anymore! He eats his food every time with the Fluff Trough, no hassle! Also no more throwing up! Easy to clean too!

I know it's pricey but it's so worth it when you have flat faced breed of dogs . Good quality and so easy to clean after every use .

We have a 13 year old English bulldog who was labouring to bend over and get his flat face into his food bowl. The fluff trough makes it much easier for him to eat in comfort and the washable silicone liner is awesome for cleaning. I wish we had known about this product earlier in his life - we will be using it with all future flat faced dogs now, even before they get old!

Tried so many raised dog bowls for our English mastiff and she didn’t get on with any of them until this one. She loves it and can now eat comfortably. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe & fits 2kg of raw in easily!

Received wrong insert, contacted seller, very quick response and resolution. Product - heavier than expected and sturdy it didn't move after use, as other reviews have mentioned the silicone feet grips could do with being fixed on but might hindering cleaning if they weren't removable - or we'd complain that they came off during washing. Bought for Pocket Bully with oversized tongue 😛 The slow feeder results in her compacting the food into the squares, as she does in a standard bowl. The smooth insert is being sent so will adapt review after a few uses. Insert is easily washed but not so easily dried if wanting to re-use immediately and have it dry and it's static-like and sticks fibers to it - personal preference though just annoys me, having tiny bits of fluff on it, probably about all I could pick out. Price does seem a tad high, but it's also a quite unique, I couldn't find anything else similar so I guess that justifies the price somewhat, it is only the base and silicon insert though, no leaflet or anything from manufacturer apart from a sticker underneath - might of been nice for a little light reading about the product or manufacturer, again minor squabbles, 4* would go to 5* depending on future use and how it looks after a good few uses, and cleans. Will update after continued use the correct insert!
