Not a full 18 inch long!
Only 17 5/8 inches long, that little bit more length was what I needed for the tie to lock.Made the whole bundle useless for my particular purpose. The next size is fine but a waste of money for a few inches that I have to cut off.

Weak strength
Tried to use them to hold pvc pipe on bumper of my trailer and snapped every time. I would strap the tie down and pull with my hand and the tie snapped. This happened with every time I tried. Not worth the money spent. Seems like they are made with cheap plastic.
