Works as intended.
The original plastic key cover of our 2002 Lexus broke, and it seemed it would completely fall apart soon.I bought this because the color is different, and my wife likes the blue a lot.Installation was easy, and it’s a perfect fit for the key.We’re happy with the purchase.I wanted to wait a few weeks with the review to make sure it wouldn’t crack after a few uses.

DO NOT BUY!!
This thing is complete junk. The reviews stating the key shank doesn’t fit are 100% correct. Anyone saying they just dropped it in, without modification is either a fake review, or they got lucky. I bought several of these and they are all that way. The material is so brittle, and the space so small it’s not easy to modify either. You’ll need some very small “jeweler files” to make these work. And if you happen to take a tad too much material out, you’re done. I tried the heating method too, and the key holder just split.But why do any of that? Just buy something different, and find one that is made properly. Do not give these garbage companies a pass on poor quality.

The red and gold looks so good
The media could not be loaded. My key fob just fell apart I tried to use some kind of glue to keep it together and it just didn’t work. My new key fob I used some crazy glue to seal it in to seal the screw in which was the problem of the old one the screw fell out. My new one is so great and it looks just fabulous

Barely fits
It was very hard to put together, especially putting the metal key inside the small plastic part. Had to use a hammer to push it in, it barely fits inside and the fob has a little opening even after screwing it tightly.

Great Product
I am very happy with this. I purchased it because my key keeps breaking where the key ring goes which makes this easier to use. It was very easy to transfer my old key to this new cover and is holding up strong.
