I take vitamins as a precaution. The ingredients of this multivitamin are good, and i haven't had any problems with them. Like most of the multivitamins for older people these are pretty good sized. Might not be so good for you if you have trouble swallowing.

400 tablets, expiration date 11 months from date of purchase
I bought this supplement with 400 tablets on november 2023, the expiration date is 10/24, so I will have to take more than one tablet per day, in order to end them before they expire. Apart from that, they are the best multivitamins in quality and cost
