I've had insomnia all my life. Most supplements do nothing at all. However with this varied mix of botanicals and melatonin this works just fine. And it's a decent price. I find though it's best to take for a month then take a 7 to 10 night break. As with ALOT of sleep supplements tolerance will build and it becomes less effective!!

This will definitely help you doze off, but you might wake up in the middle of the night and/or wake up feeling very, very sleepy, especially if you take 2 or more. I think it's the melatonin. These sleeping aids should probably all be time released and the melatonin kept to a min per dose.But, better than others I've tried so far.

I can tell the difference when i take one or two of these before sleep. Whatever is in it with the melatonin actually works! The pills are about the size of a multi vitamin. I use these as a magnesium supplement as well as sleep aid .

These may help you to relax. The tablet are too big to swallow. Happily they taste just as the ingredients should. If you can chew them they may provide anxiolytic quality.

I have a hard time getting to sleep and this product along with melatonin, glycine, & magnesium I am able to have a very restful sleep. Without this product the other ingredients alone would not be enough to bring me sleep.
