Can you change battery for this flashlite

"Dear customer,

Normally, we could not charge the battery because the battery and the charging terminal inside the flashlight were not in proper contact with each other.

"* The light head is loosened to disconnect from the battery inside to avoid any accidental activation in shipping just for safety reasons. 
* Please SCREW DOWN the light head tightly and make sure the tail cap is connected well with the battery tube before using. 
* Ensure that Spring inside the tail cap seat properly with the bushing or stretch the Spring to make it connect well with the silver metal part. Spring can be removed easily from the tail cap. 
* Use a soft cloth with alcohol to clean the silver part of the battery tube, the copper plate inside the light head and positive (+), and negative (-) terminal on the battery. Because the grease on the battery tube and battery terminal may prevent connection. " 
* Change another battery to try again to check whether it is problem of the battery,
