Honey-Can-DoSHF-01133 Adjustable Replacement Shelf Clips for Urban Shelving, Black, 4-Pack

I looked at all the various shelf clips available through Amazon and made my choice from those with the highest stars as well as comments. I purchased a two shelf dorm space saver (http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/dorm-space-saver/1015120444) which fits over my desk, however since I bought it used from another student who didn't have all the pieces necessary to construct it. So I searched high and low on the internet for the name of the missing pieces which was the replacement shelf clips. In reading others reviews it became clear that one clip contains two clips which meant that I needed 16 to construct the two shelves (1 Shelf = 8 clips,8X2). I was also glad that this item is on Amazon Prime through the add on program since I wanted to construct and use my dorm space saver as soon as possible since the semester has begun. I made sure to measure the diameter of the poles to make sure they were 1" since most of these shelf clips are an inch but I wanted to double check before purchasing them. At first when I put them on the poles they didn't seem to fit as snug or tight as expected, and the shelves did move as a result, however now they are securely closed and holding up the two shelves. So far so good, they are doing a remarkably job and I was able to get them quickly since I needed them urgently so that's why I gave the five stars. Once again I chose these because the reviews were four and a half stars with fourty-three comments from users, whose comments guided my understanding of both the weight, functionality, and use of such crucial elements in holding shelves. One reviewer said to use a hammer to ensure the clips are tightly closed and while I didn't use such you do have to make sure they are snug, to ensure that the shelves don't move (it may sound silly since the clips are intended to fit tight for best use) however I am just repeating it again. I would add a picture however I have described all my concerns and needs for such a product. You can't go wrong by measuring all the necessary measurements, however do read the previous reviews to help with whatever you are looking for. This is crucial for those who have shelves but have either lost or misplaced such small pieces, if you need these pieces definitely buy them instead of trying to find them elsewhere since they are virtually impossible to find at stores. Just make sure to keep up with them since they are key to constructing shelves. This is a great product for anyone who needs shelves. Also, even though they are mentioned to accompany a particular stand, I used them with another one. If you are using them with a different stand make sure to have all the measurements and to not estimate.If you need it buy them you won't be sorry.

Okay, I admit it: I purchased these clips for my Alera branded shelf units. I don't own any Honey-Can-Do shelving. So in their advertised capacity I'm sure they're very good. The construction is good and I like the way the tabs join tightly together when fitted on the pole. These won't fall off like the stock Alera ones can. Yes, there's a gap between halves when assembled. If you've assembled valves into cylinder heads you know this is not a problem, but it increases the holding strength. I see reviews that unfairly docked this product for either not working well with a different brand of shelf or for having a gap when assembled. These are not marketed or guaranteed to work with other brands. And if that gap wasn't there some of the compression force would be incorrectly applied to the edges of the clip and not the locking groove on the post.As to my experience when used with Alera industrial wire shelving, I was a little nervous because the shelf comes down farther over the clip so that more clip is visible. I suspect these have a slighlty smaller outside diameter so I am reluctant to push the load capacity on this combination of HCD clip and Alera shelving. If I have any shelves collapse, I'll post a warning back here.

Five stars for a substantial, clear plastic shelf liner to prevent items stored on the Chrome Shelves from slipping through the metal slots. Good news is it fits without any resizing or trimming necessary! Assemble the shelves and simply add the 1436 Shelf Liner to each shelf.Buyer Beware: This style of shelf liner does not come in 4-pack. The price tag is for one (1) Number 1436 shelf liner as it is on several other web sites and why I gave it a four star review (should be one star for price alone). And verse two if the buyer doesn't fulfill the free shipping requirements there is a shipping cost of $5 to $8 on top of the product cost. And, I bought two of these quality Number 1436 Shelf Liners but fortunately did not have to pay shipping costs! The shelf liners are packaged well in an over sized shipping box with a few long sheets of packing paper thrown in and arrived at the promised delivery date and in record time.

I recently bought the  AmazonBasics Baker's Rack , and while I wasn't stacking a bunch of tiny items on the wire shelves, I just felt it would be smart to have a more stable surface. Someone recommended similar liners in a smokey gray, but they were only available in a 4-pack, and I just didn't need that many. These had decent reviews and were affordably priced, so I decided to order two and see if they were worth it.They arrived in a large flat box, so they weren't curled or bent, meaning they could be put right to use. The clipped corners were just perfect for fitting around the corner poles, and while the semi-transparent white would not have been my first choice, they actually blend in quite well. Overall, this is a good solution to bare wire shelves, the perfect fit for your standard baker's rack.

The liners were the right size. The only thing I didn't like is removal of the stickers. 4 of 5 liners were the same. The yellow sticker is easy to remove but the small white label needed a little extra help. I made it damp to remove. The 5th liner was different than the others and was in a bag with easy cardboard removal. I actually like the last liner. It had ridges underneath. The others didn't but I was not going to return anything. The box was too big.

Liked the availability of them xI am using them on shelves like they made for.

Shelf liners seems sturdy and fit well, but they're too expensive, sold only individually and require massive cardboard shipping containers separate from the shelves themselves. Two liners should be included with every shelf sale and they should be shipped in the carton with the shelves.

These are sturdy little clips that work well with metal shelves. If you move your shelves too many times you're bound to break or lose some so these are great replacements.

La verdad es que le doy 3 estrellas ya que en la imagen se aprecia que la curva es casi del mismo tamaño y pronunciada pero los que me llegaron el lado más pequeño empieza la curva para terminar en un línea recta por lo que tuve que abrir para colocar mis objetos

Excelentes!! Pensé que ya había perdido mi anaquel, pero gracias a estos plásticos, lo recuperé. Súper fácil de instalar!!

Devolví el producto pero no me han hecho la devolución del dinero, en la pagina dice que solo se ha generado un reembolso, esta un poco extraño, y solicite el reembolso de 7 y solo marca 6.
