Functional and Cheap Solution
These little clips work great. I built my fiancé a craft table and we placed a retractable power outlet into the table. I ran a pretty standard guage power chord I found at Walmart to the power receptacle (16 amp wire) and needed to secure it to the bottom of the table to hide the chord. While the adhesive really only worked for placement of these wire clips, the included screws did the trick with a drill driver to secure them to the multi density fiber board on the bottom of the table. The installation looks clean and the wire pops right into the clips from either side without any trouble and holds securely. Would definitely recommend these to clean up chords that have to run across the bottoms of surfaces.

Just want what I needed
I bought these because my handyman recommended that I use them to hang a pendant lamp that I ordered on Amazon. It was just what I needed. It hangs the lamp perfectly. I only used 2 to set as anchors and then I used wire covers to hide the rest of the wire and run it across my ceiling down the wall. The only thing though is if you decide to use the adhesive they comes with in (instead of the screws that are also included) the adhesive is VERY sticky. So wherever you place it make sure that’s where you want because once you stick it and try to remove it, you will be removing the paint off your wall or ceiling. Also the red backing in the adhesive is Alain to remove.

nearly perfect - sturdy, great price, but had to figure out install
i've had these cord clips up and running for a couple months now and they have been great once installed:i have them installed to clip an ethernet cable that's basically running through my entire house. they are sturdy enough that if someone accidentally hits them, they do not budge. however, if you need to take them out, it's as simple as just pulling/twisting them off the surface with your fingers - won't hurt your wrist and hasn't done any damage to the paint or wooden floors that i've pried them out of (your mileage may vary though depending on what surface you're using).they can be clip cables both from the left and from the right, so they're pretty versatile as well. i have them running all sorts of shapes across the edges of my floor.OK! so why the minus one star? installation...specifically installing with tape instead of screws. i figured out a good way to do this so don't worry, but it took some trial and error. let me explain:the package gives you a bunch of double-sided tape if you want to install this via tape as opposed to screws. the tape itself is clear colored but the covers on both sides are read. it's really really hard to peel off one side of the tape cover. like i destroyed several of these double-sided tapes in an effort to peel the cover off the second side of the tape. what i eventually started doing is as follows:1) peel the tape cover off the side of the tape that's easy to peel, and stick that peeled side onto the cord clip.2) take a knife and cut that tape (the one already taped to the cord clip) in half. now, the tape is already stuck to the cord clip so the tape isn't going anywhere. the plastic of the cord clip is sturdy so it should be easy to cut just the tape and not the the cord clip.3) use the knife (or your fingers) to find the newly formed edge(s) that you just made on the tape cover by cutting it, and peel the second side of the tape cover from there.it wasn't so bad after i discovered this... but it would have been nice if i didn't have to cut the tape cover for every clip installed.on a final note, i'd definitely recommend these for home use. i'm comparing this to the Command Round Cord Clips, which i actually replaced these with. the Command Rounds cost a ton more and didn't last a whole day, whereas these are still going strong.

Hard to use a screwdriver to secure.
These do hold my ethernet cable but it is very hard to get a screwdriver to secure it to the wall. The holes are too close to the clip you use to put your cable through. It is also very hard to put the cable through. I don’t know how far the cable clips are supposed to be. By the time I got the clips up, I was frustrated and not doing anymore than necessary to get the cables off the floor.
