Fat daddio expensive but worth the price.
Yes these fat daddio cake tins are pricey but they are professional quality, not the flimsy ones that rust after first cleaning, they are anodised aluminium and really thick aluminium.

I absolutely love my Fat Daddio’s 6-pan baking set! I recently used these pans to make a two-tier cake, and the results were amazing. The cakes baked very evenly, rose nicely, and came out of the pans with smooth edges which made decorating and stacking the tiers much easier. The quality of the pans feels very professional and sturdy, and they distribute heat really well without burning the sides or leaving the center underbaked. I also love how easy they are to clean after baking. Using these pans really helped me achieve a beautiful two-tier cake, and they made the whole baking process smoother. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who bakes cakes often or wants reliable pans for layered and tiered cakes. Definitely looking forward to purchasing other sets in different shapes for tier 🎂!

Los mejores moldes que eh comprado, me encanta la altura del molde, es mediana y permite cocer muy bien los bizcochos, expande muy bien el calor y no permite que una parte salga más bombacha que la otra, salen muy parejos, no se pega para nada el bizcocho. Sin duda seguiré comprando la marca muchas veces más. También ya probé otros moldes de la misma marca y todos me salen bastante buenos.

These cook evenly and cleaned up easily. They are heavy and my cakes cooked well in them. Good product.

you want this pan...professional quality, 4" deep people...no more spilling over the edge and tripping off the smoke alarms...Fat Daddio where have you been all my life? I found you..and I'm not letting go...After getting more springforms that always leaked I knew something had to be done...Very few springforms guarantee they dont leak..whats the deal...it seems like a 'mission impossible for someone to make one'...Kaiser guarantees no-leak but they go for $60.00..anyway..use Ina Gartens cheesecake recipe...no bain marie....no chance for water to creep into the crust..great recipe...When I saw Juniors of Brooklyn take on Bobby Flay I noticed they use this type of cake pan..NO SPRINGFORM..And they bake 7,000 cheesecakes a week...spray with cooking spray, line with foil or whatever, batter in..bake..cool several hours on counter...saran wrap and put in fridge [i like 2 days]....hot knife in water to loosen edges, flip pan Over onto cardboard disc [or whatever]..then re-flip with plate held in place over top with hand...voila....no springform...DID i mention its 4" deep.. This Fat Daddio quality is first rate..did I mention its 4" deep?.....professional anodized aluminum..straight sides, heavy quality....a thing of beauty to be held and admired..I want to show it off..cant wait to get a few more sizes..they offer fantastic range of square pans....yes even springforms...if you cant go the Juniors or EILLEENS' OF NYC ROUTE...Or MY route for that matter...if I SOFTEN..Maybe I'll try a fat daddio springform...but I detest leaks...so they'll have to get my courage up to try theirs.....but if this is an idication of their professional expertise...I'll take the plunge..maybe..DID I MENTION THIS IS 4" DEEP. My cheesecake flipped out effortlessly lined with parchment and buttered sides,,VERY PLEASED.....I love the extra inch of depth even if you're used to a 9 by 3" pan..TREAT YOURELF...
