You need to experience this!
Excellent product. Very tasteful. It has a strong odor but I familiar with Asiago, Gorgonzola, Fontina, Romano and so on. I love it. The packing was a “state of the art”. I am going to buy it again for sure!

PURE PECORINO!!! Great for Blood Type-A Diet!
Absolutely DELICIOUS! Finally, I found organic pure Pecorino without the Romano. This is very important for many of us who are living on specific blood-type diets. This is literally one of only two cheeses recommended for Type-A Blood. This stuff is A+++

Best cheese ever.
Forget about a locatelli or anything you think you know about formaggio or cheese. This is the bees knees. I’m serious. U can smell the cave onna this. The taste is out of this world amazing packed full of flavor. Not gritty or chalky or overpowering and then gone. This is delicate but packed full of flavor. I’m really not sure at this point in my life if I will ever order anything different. Like 4 day shipping from Italy on top of that. Simply amazing in every aspect.

Delicious Pecorino!
I find it very hard to find just pecorino cheese, without the romano or other cheeses added. This cheese is very beneficial for Type A's following the blood type diet. This is organic, the real deal. I wish I could buy only 1/2 instead of the whole wheel but, thanks to those who answered my question about freezing it, I found it quite easy to cut in manageable pieces and freeze them. I am sure this wheel will last a long time, and my family loves the flavor. Shipping was much faster than expected.

My Favorite Cheese
This is my favorite hard cheese. I like drinking my espresso with a piece of this cheese every morning; it gives it some special flavor. I love it! I would like to thank ParmaShop.it team for their awesome customer service and high quality products!

It was a risk, but I'm happy we took it
The taste is buttery. The cheese has been done professionally. It stores well, and we like using it as the cheese we sprinkle on our pizza after taking it out of the oven. Lovely.
