Does it's job, keys come off pretty easy with this product.

Works well and super cheap. Someone who builds tons of keyboards may say there are better ones but this is great for someone with one keyboard that occasionally needs to repair switches or change keycaps.

Specifically the chip puller... I have extracted 64 chips so far, from two vintage ram boards, and the hooks that grab the chip keep bending. I keep bending them back in. I don't expect it to survive to 100 chips.If you only need to remove a handful of chips, and the sockets they are in are not tight, then I'm sure it'll be fine. But I'm working on chips that were plugged into the board 40 years ago and take some force to remove. This puller is not of the kind of quality required for that.

you just have to be xtra careful when pulling out the switches, i broke one of my switches but still work maybe its the cheap plastic of the outemu switches

My original order did not come with the IC chip extractor (switch puller) as advertised. I assumed it was just a mistake. While contacting there customer service via email, gikfun responded very quickly and was quick to fulfil my request of sending a pair of IC chip extractor. The package came in 2 days after said request, much earlier than expected, and came with an extra one as well. High quality products at a relatively low price. Customer service beyond expectations. Very happy with the experience.

Looks as pictured and does the job. The cap puller feels a little cheap, but it works. The small plastic case that held these items was nice as well.

Ok got this kit this morning and well a wee bit disaponted. As you can see in the pic that I've sent the item ISN'T all the same thing as what I bought. There's just 3 items on the Amazon pictures but mine has 5!! I should have; 1- IC puller, 2- Keycap puller, 3- Anti static pliers (tweezers) BUT I got; 1-Keycap puller, 2- Anti static pliers (tweezers), 3-4-5 mis brushes. So yeah a bit disappointed. I know that Amazon employees has a certain time to do an order so they have to do it fast but just a few seconds of the employee's time to just make sure that it's the same item that the client has bought even if the item looks the same. There should be an employee that doubles check the order just to make sure that it's the same thing OR pictured on Amazon's web site.
