It's NOT red but is OK if you need a stepper adjustable to a 9 inch height
This stepper is NOT red--it's a pink/fuchsia/magenta color. I am using this stepper at home in a physical therapy regimen and find it difficult to change the heights--I have activities that use all three heights--5, 7 and 9 inches. My physical therapist specified 9 inches for one of my exercises and most other adjustable steppers did not have the 9 inch height so I got this one. Because I am just using it at home and can take my time futzing with it to change the heights, it works fine for me. I would not recommend this if you're taking a class where you have to change heights quickly between exercises, or to take to a gym for classes, since the pieces do not always hold together when you're moving the stepper making it both heavy and awkward to move. Once the height is adjusted, the stepper feels sturdy. It is narrow in width--I wear a women's size 8 shoe and the stepper is a bit narrower than my shoe, but still fine for my needs.

Does the job, doesn't seem like it can handle over 200lbs, but is good enough.
This step has worked well for what I need it for. I extended it as high as it can go and I've done box jumps and split leg squats on it. If it can handle box jumps it's strong enough. However... I don't think it could handle over 200lbs especially fully extended. I wanted something smaller than a pylo box because those tend to be too tall sometimes, so this works perfectly. It comes with a little manual of workout ideas to try and stretches which is cool. Like the reviewer before me said, yes plastic makes noise, it will groan as it's being used, just keep the stepper from water and sun damage and it should work just fine.

This product is better than what I anticipated. It is built very durable. It gets the job done and I'm glad I got it.

Missing parts
I love my step however when this step arrived it was missing the plastic parts to connect the second level of step

No me gustó.
Los escalones que se le ponen a los lados se le caen cuando los mueves de un lugar a otro de repente se safan rápido y fue lo que no me gustó y está caro.

Not bad but keep looking
It’s ok but doesn’t come with instructions. You have to play with it to understand how it connects. Since I have it, I’m going to keep it but I would encourage someone to keep looking.
