The rubber grommet around the electrical harness going into the motor is not sealed. If it is used it in the rain, water will get into the motor very fast and can burn it out.

PROS: first try, it worked ok. It lifted up my 2015 Nissan Altima without problems. Impact wrench worked great and I really love it. A 6 years old kid can use it without any effort!CONS: Despite I paid for a BRAND NEW item, it was used!. (Sign of used item: Walmart Zipper bags??, one of the bags has damage and the floor jack has marks that were repainted over.The whole thing feels cheap made and the materials looks like are made from recycled plastic. Battery connector keeps unpluging by itlsef. Plastic made hand crank (I hope the motor internal gears are not plastic!). To be honest, I don't think so it will long last.Don't use it without jack stands and always use this tool on a flat surface (some people needs a reminder about it, incredible!)UPDATE: I gave another star after CS contacted me. I had a complain, then seller contacted me and they told me to send another kit as replacement (keeping the original kit sent previously). Basically, they did a great effort to compensate a couple issues and I really appreciate it. Customer service is superb and the item they sell can be really helpful. Just follow the seller recommendation to use it.
