I am writing this review after using it regularly for a month. Overall the cycle looks great in appearance. The build quality is good and features are perfect for fitness as well as long cyclings.The support and services after sales are the best in the market. Happy for this valuable product!

This MTB is THE BEST!!! in the market for its price. My observations are as follows:PROS1. The frame is highly rigid and looks are fabulous.2. The drivetrain is very smooth and at perfect tension. This ensures a smooth ride.3. Handlebar is adequately wide enough which adds to further comfort.4. 29" tyres are beast in road. 29" helps in efficient riding of long distance.5. Traction power is fantastic.First steps:1. Ensure wheel alignment.2. Also ensure whether cones are not too tight. It can be checked by rotating the wheels and seeing whether it has free rotation while nearing to stop. Local mechanic will help you.3. Do purchase a handlebar stem extender from Amazon if you are 6ft and above. Hope seller will sell it as an optional package in future.CONS:No cons observed.Note about seller:The seller is very honest and trustworthy. When my rear tube got burst, he offered to send tube replacement or to bear tube cost and labour charges if purchased locally. His good intention was that sending replacements would delay my ride with newly bought cycle.PS:21speed gear can be added as the frame is compatible. Hope seller uploads some detailed instructions on how to install gear.ULTIMATELY THE PURCHASE IS BANG FOR THE BUCK.

First day exp :- One of the best online fitness purchases so far. The packing was too good & I was impressed after seeing the big box entering. Delivery boy was little reluctant to deliver at doorstep but later convinced. Bicycle came fitted & had to screw peddle by myself. I being 5 ft 11 inch tall, found 29” tyre size a ride to fun with little discomfort to sit & getting down though manageable . Put seat cover to avoid further “ pain in the buts”. Overall strong build quality & nice looking- mud flap was of okay quality with some scratches- acceptable during transit. Getting some peddle noise but should get better after doing service. Choose your wheel size wisely - for me 27.5 was better but fun of riding 29 is a different world altogether.

Product was delivered before committed timeline. Highly appreciate the seller and Amazon for this.Product - It’s value for money. It’s very attractive cycle at very reasonable price and build quality of the cycle is very good. It comes 99% assembled in my view, you just need to fix the peddles and streighten the handle n right the screws.I did lot of search n research before buying this online as well as in bricks n mortar stores. The cycle of this quality easily sold at Rs 16500-19000 in local stores. At this price it’s a best deal.

Amazing cycle both in lookwise and comfortable. Just 2 days before I got this cycle and has covered 66km. Hopefully will run smoothly in future as well. I will update after one monthUpdated - its really a nice bicycle. I am loving it. After one month I am writing this - I have covered multiple trips and some of them are even more than 150km and I felt no issue. You can easily ride it for more than 5 hours continually without any pain or discomfort.

The seller is so genuine that I started experiencing some issues with tyre (Wobbling) and saddle after using it for 2-3 days. I thought of returning or replacing this but afraid as I already threw the brand box. Still I contacted the seller, he sounded so kind and didn’t ask for anything. Only asked my address and Bingo!!!! New tyres and saddle arrived without any extra cost in a timely manner. Rather than giving 1 star, I waited for seller’s gestures. Now I’m happy to give him 5 stars. Still haven’t tried new tyres though, but I’m sure they will work. 5 stars for genuineness and kindness he has shown.
