My friend is a professional baker supervision 5 bakeries. She was shocked that I was not aware of this product. this is the only thing she uses so now so do I.

This stuff is amazing. Much much much better than any other cooking spray. The bottle is very big, and you don’t need to use all that much, so the cost is worth it. I’ve been using the same bottle for over a year.

I have been using Vegaline for as long as it has been available for consumers. I use it in almost all baking from bread to sticky buns to anything that calls for a greased dish or pan. I use a very thin coating and at zero calories and zero sticking it is the best non-stick spray I have ever used. We give cans of it to baker friends as gifts.

I have made a lot of bundt cakes in my time, but this is the first time ever to have one come out so cleanly. I had read about both Vegalene and the Nordic Ware Party Bundt Cake Pan on the King Arthur Flour blog. After years of crossed fingers, hoping my cake wouldn't stick to the bundt pan, I knew I had to try out this Vegalene spray. I'm sold now and will only use this from now on.I don't want to take a star away for this, but the can arrived with cap off and the contents having leaked in the Amazon box. I took a photo to send customer service but they refunded the amount without needing to see it. Now I would purchase again even if it did leak since it's such a miracle worker. But it would be nice if they could figure out a way to ship it without it leaking. Maybe some kind of styrofoam "throat" around the sprayer? Definitely tape the cap on before shipping. But honestly, the can is so big and I cook so little this will last me forever even having had some leakage.

I knew it was expensive, but I bought it, so its on me. But it would be nice to see a lower price.

I purchased this on the advice of the customer service people at King Arthur Flour. I have an intricate Nordic Ware cathedral pan and they told me that it would work. Well, it does not work on intricate pans. It's probably fine for regular pans. But I don't need this for my regular pans since my regular pans release fine when I grease and flour them. I need something for intricate pans. I called the company that makes Vegalene and they said that the Vegalene pan spray is not for cake pans and that they recommend something else for that, the Bak-Klene ZT, which is their product for cake pans. They also suggested that I flour the pan after spraying the Vegalene. I wanted to avoid the extra step of flouring with the use of he Vegalene spray. The pastry chef who reviewed this product and gave it a high recommendation probably does not use intricate cake pans. He or she most likely uses the regular round or rectangular cake pans for the kinds of cakes often seen in bakeries. I am a home baker. I don't want to use regular round cake pans. I think my solution of last resort is to purchase a similar cake pan in silicone. It is available, but a little smaller in size, and this means that I wasted money on an expensive Nordic Ware pan and the Vegalene spray.
