Lovely watercolour pens
Lovely water colour pensGot these for myself but my kids love them too for drawing and colouring as there’s a nice selection of colours. I don’t mind as it’s a lot less messy than getting their paints out. And the hard case is great for storing them in when we’re not using them. As they’re water based ink I tried using a thicker watercolour paper and got great results. But they also worked ok on regular paper that isn’t too thin. Happy with my purchase and would recommend for both adults and kids.

Flows nicely and lovely detail
Easy to use once you get the hang of them and nice qualityTakes a little practice to get used to these pens as they are a little different to watercolour painting. But I love how the fine tips allow me to include details I wouldn’t normally be able to do with a paintbrush. After a bit of trial and error I found the ink flows nicely if you use the pens slowly and fast movements give a speckled effect. Overall really enjoy using them.

A really great Quality set of Pens
Really loved the Pens, the colours are really bright and solid. Easy to cover an area is a solid way. Dual tips mean they are extremely versatile for filling in different area's. End result and solid and fast drying. Could not be happy with the result. Arrived well packaged. I have since bought a couple of sets. Really loved these.

Easy and effective to use, minimal mess and a good medium for detail.
Theel Water Colour dual tip pens: This little set of watercolour pens are great to keep on hand for the kids or for your own “arty” moments. They’re easy to use, create minimum mess and put away quickly. They provide a good colour palette, difficult to get a real vibrant tone but are instead quite soft and with the additional water brush pens it is relatively easy to tone down further and get a lovely washed out look. I used on hot pressed paper as this supports finer detail and these pens are particularly good for outlines and detail work. I actually found them more effective than using a brush for detailing and there’s nothing to stop you combining with watercolour paints or inks to get the look you want.I quite liked the brush tips provided again they provide a different style to using a regular brush and easy to handle, particularly to the more inexperienced artist such as myself. They won’t provide the same results as watercolour paints but are enjoyable to use and definitely have a place when you’re feeling creative.

Watercolour dual tip pens
As I have mentioned in previous reviews, I am currently undertaking an art degree so pens like this are great for me to experiment with. This has a range of pens with some nice tonal range to explore, as well as some brush pens to fill with water and use to blend colours out and move them around the page. The dual nibs make this useful to try out different effects with. The fine nib allows you to add detail to broader brushed work. This comes in a rigid plastic case which makes these easy to store and transport. This is a nice little kit and is fun to use for adults or kids alike.

Great colour pens
I got these felt tip pens for my 4year old son to colour in his books.I love that they came in so many different colours, and a total of 24 dual sidesWorks well for lettering in large size.I'm happy with them, it does the purpose for what we need.

Smooth and blendable.
I have never painted with watercolours before, so I was confused by the many different media types available. I could have chosen between pens, a pallet or the tubes. I have bought some tubes, but when I got the chance to review these pens it gave me the opportunity to compare these to see how well they held up. These pens look superb, and come packaged in a very presentable box which opens up to reveal the pens side by side. They are easily accessible, and they clearly show which colour is which through the clear plastic cap. These are dual tip, meaning you have the fine brush head on one side, and a pen style nib on the other. You get many colours in this set, and they are far more vibrant than I thought they would be. For pens, these are full of colour, and they blend well. They resemble true watercolours, and with the handy included water brushes which can be filled with water, you can create lighter shades and wet on wet techniques for marbling and blending. Compared to actual water colour paints, these may not be as versatile, and professional artists may not like them as much, but for the beginner, or for those looking to start watercolour paintings without the hassle or the mess then these are great. They are well made, easy to use and they work great on watercolour paper. I highly recommend you give them a try. 5*
