Spicy (but pricey) fish
Overall OK, but way expensive.Pros:* Good flavor* Good texture, firm not mushy* Spicier than most chili-packed fishCons:* Only 5 fish, lots of room in the tin* Fish kind of beat up, don't present well on opening, tend to fall apart as you remove them from the tin* Super expensive for those 5 fish, so many good Moroccan and Canadian alternatives for less

so many choices
I love original and tomatoes flavors. The spicy one is way too spicy to me. Overall, it is delicious and I eat with my rice porridge and all the flavor choices are good.

fancy firm delicate sardines, beautiful tins, great for a foodie gift basket
Sardine party! Party of one. These are DELICIOUS! I like sardines and really no one else I know likes them, so I set myself up a plate of fancy crackers and thin crust bread, and have a little party on my own. I need to do this more often because they are a fantastic snack. Even works well in place of or in addition to can of tuna if you are looking for a way to incorporate them more into your life. I like most brands, but prefer the one that use smaller sardines. Those tend to be more pricy. I dont rate on price anyway, but I know the price range for sardines is easily anywhere from $1 to $7 per 3-4 ounce can. The kind I tend to buy are in the $3-4 range. This is above that, but I dont fault it. Sardines are regional too, so price can reflect that. As well as being "wild caught". I know that I will never eat a $1 can of sardines again (bumblebee- all mush--bleh). I dont eat enough of them. I normally buy B09BZQGX5D King Oscar or Season Brand , but I will gladly try a more fancy brand on occasion. These fit that. They are good, are a smaller size, tin is packed, and they are flavored. I like any that are packed in oil best (seasoned or not). The tomato based ones aren't as exciting to me, but they are still good. ALL of these are good. I need more!Since I have a couple of brands that are a bit less pricy, I am not sure if I would buy these again for me. HOWEVER, the quality is fantastic, the flavors are good, wild caught, firm, small, and the tins are so nice to look at. I was proud of my little stack of sardines that I didnt want to open them! I would definitely consider these as part of a foodie gift basket.

Fine fish, scrumptious sauce
4 pack sardine sampler set comprised of 4x different sauce/seasoning varieties. Each can is your standard sardine sized tin weighing in at 100g/3.5 ounces. This is a product of Italy and each of the 4 types are nicely seasoned with simple ingredient components ranging from olive oil, tomato sauce and chili pepper. Fish quality across the board is good with nicely shaped pieces and tiny bones that can be consumed with no issues. Worth giving a try to elevate your sardine game to the next level.

Mild, Delicious, FINE!
These were very good. At first I thought I detected some kind of weird off flavor, but I put that to the back of my mind and kept munching. The next thing you know, I had devoured the whole can. The can describes the flavor as meaty and tuna-like. Pretty accurate. The flesh is meaty, bones very small and not too plentiful. I eat them bones and all for the nutrients, but it's not difficult to remove bones if you like. I think they taste better than other brands I tried. I try to eat one can a week to boost intake of omega3. These are meaty and flavorful sardines, not the least bit fishy. Don’t be misled, either, about water packed vs oil packed. Oil packed To get the most omega 3 fats from your canned tuna, choose water-packed tuna and other canned fish rather than oil-packed. The oil mixes with some of the tuna's natural fat, so when you drain oil-packed tuna, some of its omega-3 fatty acids also go down the drain. Since oil and water don't mix, water-packed tuna won't leach any of its precious omega-3s.

Great taste, not too spicy
These taste great! I generally not a huge fan of sardines sold at our local stores, but decided to give these a try to see if something more expensive would be more enjoyable... lol They are! Noticeably so, too. The sardines are cleaner, the "sauce" they're packed in is quite tasty and the variety that includes red peppers has a nice peppery flavor but they're not so spicy you can't enjoy them. Just right! I could get used to these, if not for the price. As nice as they are, my budget doesn't allow $25 for 4 cans of sardines. ($6.25/can!) Gotta take of a star for that, otherwise they're great!

Good but costly 🐟
My husband ate these. He said the texture was nice and smooth. The flavors were good and but they were not that much better than cheap sardines. He has had sardines that he liked the flavor of more that cost less. Of the four flavors, he liked the spicy tomato sauce the best. He appreciated that the spicy ones actually had peppers in them. These were well made with quality ingredients, but they are still sardines in the end.
