The multi color pack actually only comes with 4, one of each color. The 10 packs are only if you choose a single color

Yes you get all colors with different resistance. Yellow is the lightest - black is the heaviest resistance.

They are 2” wide and when flattened they are 9” long. If you made them into a circle the circle would be 18” in circumference.
