How wide is the pattern

After a foot, the pattern is about 12 inches. After 2 feet it mists to a very fine pattern, no real pattern.

What psi in recommended?

I have run dozens of these at pressures ranging from 40 - 120 PSI without major issues. At higher (70+ PSI) pressure water sometimes shoots out at the threads, but unscrewing the mist head and screwing it back in again seems to fix this.

Will this fit the home depot the arctic cove battery fan?

Home depot sold PVC piping and couplings. This does fit the hard-plumbed system which works really well. I am sure the threading is standard for other uses. Hope that helps?!

do these work in 3/4in PVC?

They will work in virtually any size pipe ,,, I mounted mine in 1/2" PVC. Just drill the proper hole and thread it 10-24 then screw the nozzle in to it .
