If you keep long like 3-4days rice will be hard. Just keep the warm 2days better

How can I get a replacement for the inner pot?

I think you have to send back to manufacturer? My family has a Cuckoo rice cooker (not this one) with the nonstick layer peeling - I think they called a number from the instructions pamphlet and had to send it to New York or something... And yes there's a replacement fee - don't remember if it was for shipping or the replacement itself tho

BEWARE - WILL NOT WORK IN UAE-DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

No warning that the product has Korean specifications. I was unable to use it. I further purchased an expensive transformer, and even with that, the rice cooker did not work. It is now an expensive ornament on my shelf ! Do not buy from this supplier ! Rating should be zero but unable.
