Honestly, I'm having a difficult time telling whether or not this is helping me or not. So far, I've been staying healthy. Hard to tell if this is partly the cause or me just not getting sick. I can only trust that this is actually helping me. I've been staying in good health, so there's that. Easy to swallow and I've not been able to taste anything from this. No bad side effects. All good so far.

Didn’t see much difference but allergies have been really bad this season

as with any vitamin supplement, one has to try different brands to see which works best. For me this works better that the liquid variation with the dropper

Meh… only thing I got was a headache. No noticeable effects.
