I suppose I am the only one to blame for such a senseless purchase. I had never even seen a bidet before, just heard that there were in common usage in other parts of the world and everyone seemed to think they were great. Not so, in our experience with this device. We read and stupidly believed, no more using toilet tissue, false - water goes everywhere. More paper than ever to dry all surfaces.Very easy to install, even a child could make the cold water bidet operate correctly. Whoever allowed for having to run hot water to get into the pipes so it could come to a bidet? And if you don't. want to waste water while it runs to hot, then you burn your you-know-what when the hot is suddenly spraying all over -very unpleasant.Waste of time and money! Use at your own peril, and good luck to you. Unfortunately, I had to wait so long to get hot water connected to the bidet that I ran out of return time to get my money back on thisuseless product. I wager next time I try to use a product I will investigate all aspects more thoroughly.

Very easy to install. Looks nice in my bathroom. Works well. Highly recommend.

We have ordered several of these and all but 1 worked! Not sure why, but, all the others work very well and are easy to install! Works well, easy to install, takes up less room than a separate bidet unit! We can afford have them on all our toilets! Never did put temperature control on, though.

Takes a little to get use to. And a little shocking the first couple of uses. easy to install.

this was easy to set up and very easy to use.

The pros: very reasonably priced. Works well and as expected.The cons: The device comes with a two year warranty but there is zero contact information in the shipping container or on their website or on Amazon. Installation was not easy. After installing, my toilet seat sat up off the toilet about an inch. The seat was hitting against the bidet. I had to fabricate a 1/2 inch spacer from plastic to raise the seat up so it was not contacting the bidet. After screwing the seat down on the bidet plate and the toilet the seat can still move regardless of the friction bumpers included with the kit.Overall I do like the looks and the performance of the device. However I must say be careful, the spray can be a little aggressive. This is manageable with the valve.

This was easy to install. I had wanted one that will allow for warm water as well, but when I realized how much work that was going to involve, I decided to just do the cool water one. This has been great for being able to clean up after a poo. One thing I want to note is that the spray is quite powerful even on a lower setting. This results in lots of water on the seat and lid. I end up using toilet paper to clean up after the spray. So, I don’t think you should expect to save on toilet paper with this. But, if you are looking to be able to clean up well after your poo, this will do the job!
