First the positives: lovely looking diffuser, very classy, the white ceramic lamp looks great with the coloured lights beneath it, a positive addition to any room.The reason for only 3 stars is that my unit is possibly faulty? On turning the unit on, I cannot get any mist at all, and often the misting feature doesn't work until I gently wobble the base of the unit to get it going, then it's like Mount Vesuvius! The 30 sec on and 30 sec off feature is therefore pointless, because every time it's 'off' I can't get it to mist again! It says on the instructions that it can take 10 mins for the misting feature to reach capacity but even so it still doesn't mist at all until I have wobbled it about a bit. I was going to send it back but decided I can live with it although not 100% ideal.Once going, the misting feature is stronger than other diffusers I've owned and permeates my flat beautifully.I really like this diffuser but just wish it was working 100% correctly.

Having just taken delivery of this very stylish looking diffuser the one thing that is blatantly lacking is the design of the plug in wire to facilitate the item.The entry connection to the diffuser needs to have an elbow type plug in so that the trailing wire to the socket allows the diffuser to stand upright.This particular one that has been delivered does not have the correct wire for the job. A diffuser is a water carrier and thereby needs to be level when placed on the counter, work top otherwise the water will spill out.I am going to re order another diffuser and hope that the elbow type wire lead will be included.....

Purchased this as an additional diffuser for another room. I already had a ‘WhiteCompany’ diffuser which I use frequently and to be fair this is almost identical at a fraction of the cost.This diffuser has an unglazed finish which I prefer and identical function. It’s easy to use and even supplies a small measuring jug to fill with water.I generally use any brand essential oils to create the scent that I like

This is easily my favourite diffuser I have tried, the reasons being:• it’s SILENT!!!• aesthetically pleasing• 30 second on and off feature is the best!!! Allows you to diffuse 1) without overpowering your room, 2) by making the most out of your high quality essential oils, therefore making it very efficient!!I just love it! I may have to purchase another one😂

You must buy scent separately.Device has low noise ...good ambient lighting with various settings.

This is a Brilliant little diffuser, I would recommend it. It’s lovely looking and works well.I have the white company version in my lounge and this one in my office and there’s very little difference.

Diffuser is easy to use and easy to clean. Good value item with coloured lights for a relaxing atmosphere
