Best for working on feet I think, though it has lots of potential uses. There are four points of differing pointiness, and it seems to work the best for applying pressure to specific points in areas of the body that need that. It's nice polished wood that feels good in the hand and should work for pretty much any size hands.

The wooden tool is sturdy and smooth. It's handle fits well in hand. This tool has 2 pressure points (one end is pointed and another end is flat). A big chart with details of pressure points is included in this pack. We have just started using it and we hope this tool helps us in positive way soon.

This is a very simple tool, but it actually works. I like the enclosed chart that comes with it. Great for those seeking relief who also want a portable, low-tech solution. This really works well on my feet.

This small wooden massage/pressure tool is one of my favorites. It's sturdy and smooth, and it fits perfectly in my hand. I like how the different sized points can be used for acupressure therapy as well as simply working out knots. It's easy to grasp and works wonders on the hands, feet, and other parts of the body. I think the hammer is a little strange looking, but I appreciate that they included it because it really does help you to more accurately stimulate the areas you're trying to work with. The chart that came with it is very useful! I wish there were more acupressure points besides the foot, but I like how the details on the foot are magnified so much. I'll tape it to the back of my closet door for easy access.

I’ve been meaning to get one of these tools for reflexology massage at home but the one I was looking at is just a straight, wooden stick. When I saw this I got it immediately because this is so much better! I like the different angles and points and allows for varying pressure and feeling. It is also much easier hold when you are massaging. The wood is quite thick so it’s not going to break off. The wood grain design is good, it won’t be super slippery to where it is sliding off your hands when you are massaging, however, it depends on the massage oils. It also came with a waterproof/tear proof poster of the different acupressure points and what body part it is connected to. This is wisdom from ancient Chinese culture and I do believe points on the feet corresponds to different body parts and organs. You can also use it for your neck or head when a migraine strikes or to release any neck tension and strain. I love my foot massages and this is yet another great tool to have at home for when my dear husband gives me foot massages.

I wish it had other acupressure points (other than just the foot), but I do like the details on the foot blown up so big.
