2nd time around for these, i bought some a couple of years ago, liked them so much i bought the same again to replace those.

this is meant to be a firm pillow for side sleepers. ITS NOT FIRM

I live with chronic pain, I've had multiple knee operations and my posture has suffered for years.I would often wake up with neck and shoulder pain and I knew that my pillows weren't supportive enough. Also one pillow wasn't enough to support my head and neck but two were too high.I stayed with a friend after she'd had surgery and she had a really firm pillow which I found extremely comfortable.I do find this pillow comfortable, the box edge cradles my neck so I don't wake up in as much pain.I'm not convinced that I'd rate it as firm though. Also because I have wide spread pain I am often restless during the night and change sleeping positions from my side, back and front. If you sleep on your front then this pillow is not suitable at all.Ultimately I would say these pillows are worth a try. I've had them for 3 months and they've not lost any fullness.

It was a soft, thin pillow not at all firm. Very disappointed.

pillows are sealed and arrived on time once plumped up comfortable to use

since getting these pillows my neck and shoulders are not giving me jip.
