I've only been taking it for a week or so but I can already tell a difference. And I can tell a difference if I forget to take it one day, I definitely think I'll keep this in stock at my house.

I trust this company. My Dr recommended this supplement and it has impressively increased my energy level and strength. I did not believe it would help, but I was wrong, so not a placebo effect.

For me, finding this supplement has been a miracle. I can't say it will work for everyone, but I've been suffering from GI disease for over 10 years and I can't even believe what a difference this has made in my life.My doctor advised me to take once capsule a day instead of 3, and in the first week I did notice some dry mouth and thirst from all the extra fiber. But that symptom went away pretty quickly, as did many of my chronic health problems. I think it took at least a few weeks for me to notice the improvements, which were subtle at first. After being on it for about 9 months, now, I'm amazed by how different I feel. I was chronically ill for many years. I was used to a low level of pain and fatigue being my default state. Last winter I was bed-ridden for several months, and taking a walk for more than 20 minutes was challenging. This winter, I played sports for at least an hour most days and didn't have to measure out my activities based on how tired I'd probably be by the end of the day.This year I've been taking other supplements to support my immune system, so I wasn't sure how much credit this particular one for my amazing recovery. I only realized how powerful this stuff is when I had to go off of it for a week before taking a diagnostic test. By day 4 or 5, I was noticing the old familiar pain in my guts—soreness, tenderness, cramping, diarrhea—and I felt exhausted all the time. By day 7 my mind was pretty foggy, I was irritable, and it was a struggle not to sleep constantly. This is how I felt for YEARS while trying to solve my GI problems. All those years of trial and error taught me there is no one miracle pill that will solve everything, but yegods this comes pretty close. By my 2nd day of being back on it, all those symptoms are mostly gone again.Clearly, not everyone's GI illness or cure will be the same, but if your primary condition is IBS or something similar, I highly recommend trying this! I wish I had discovered it many years ago! And if you try it and it doesn't work for you, don't give up—keep trying.

I paired this with ginger and artichoke and motility has improved drastically. Highly recommend.

I've been a user of Pure Encapsulation products for years and they always deliver high quality supplements. Only been on these for one week but so far so good. I take 3 every morning with breakfast. No reactions. Too soon to see any digestion improvement, but I'll finish the bottle and update review.

Fast delivery, fair traded item, price-wise. I am used to taking the G.I. fortify as a powdered supplement, however the manufacturer was out of stock and I was running out. I am happy I tried the tablets. Started with 3 and lots of water happy to say I got the same reliable results as the powder and easier to take. Some people hate the taste of the powder, I can tolerate it. Glad I now have another alternative for taking the G.I Fortify. I have had a couple of bouts of intestinal turmoil and small blockages. GI Fortify keeps me in the "pink" and allows me not to worry about moving things along. As we get older we need all the help we can get.

this product works very well in keeping my digestive system on track. Though the powder form of this product is more effective, I do not like the taste. Pills suit me better. Remember to drink loads of liquid.

Honestly not sure what it’s doing. I use the enzymes and that works great.
