Quick assembly good service

Good product for the price
It is a good product for the price. I reduced one star because of the poor assembly of the pre installed chain system. It was a bit hard to pedal even at zero tension. After one month of use, the pedals locked up. I opened the covers to find that the nuts holding the wheel axle had loosened and the rotation sensor was rotating with the axle and broke the wire close to the sensor. I opened the sensor and found that the reed switch was broken. Luckily I had a door alarm which uses the same type of reed switch and I soldered the new reed switch to fix it. It worked like a charm. I am an engineer so I could do it, but the good news is that the company is responsive and when I contacted them, the technician offered to come to my house and fix it. Due to COVID I didn't want any visitors so, he sent me the video of the assembly. I was able to fix it myself and it is way better than before. The technician also informed me of support in future for parts and service. There is a small misalignment issue with the pedal which is not good for a rotating machine but it could be just with this one piece. The company does support with service so that is the good part.
