G.S DITTEL Sound 34 FR OB/GYN

I've ordered several products from G.S. Online and have been quite satisfied. However my latest purchase was to be a 34 french dittel, being stamped as a 34. I discovered with use of a caliper, having measured at 9.9 mm. that it is a 30 french. I requested a refund and was granted one. Having paid a competitive price, l was happy, about $8.00. Upon inquiring at the Post Office now much to send this? I was told $6.40. It's the buyer's burden to pay for shipping a return. Why spend or waste additional money?This particular sound was stamped while packed within the plastic sleeve, yes, the '34' was easily evident as being pressed in the plastic.A French 30 equals 10 millimeters.JRV

NONE of their sounds are the size marked or that they are supposed to be. I GAVE THE the correct diameter measurements for 34 & 36 FR sounds and asked them to MEASURE for accuracy and have gotten no results. Their products must be foreign made very cheaply where size accuracy is very poor.Find another reputable dealer who preferably deals in American/German made products that are sized accurately and of good quality, even if the cost is more.
