it is exactly as it looks but it turned out to be not so useful. Anything of any weight makes it hang open. It just didn't suit the purpose we had for it. It might be ok for a couple of pencils and a remote or 2. Not so much for a I-pad.

Tried on recliner chair but didn’t hang right so tried on table and still not good. Couldn’t get wrinkles out no matter what I did. Gets worse with anything least weight. Top pocket hangs way open and just have a card in it. Not for me.

This provided me a well-needed home for my remote controls and has lots of room for other stuff. Very nice to have extra storage for a small cost.
