Very potent and wonderful selections that I've been also interested mingling with various flavors, they are tiny drop bottles, they smells wonderful and affordable. You don't need much and it goes a long way with the flavors. I don't know how long the strength lasts but I'm gonna make a lot of candy with these.

This Kate Naturas Organic Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder is good. I used it and it my strawberry shake tasted just like the one at Culver's. The color shake is just like the one at the fast-food restaurant. This is worth the price because of it quality taste.

This powder has a tiny bit of a sour taste to it, just like a fresh strawberry. Love it. I use it to make strawberry pudding and I’ve also made strawberry sugar cookies with it that tasted like jam. Strawberry Pudding 1/2 to 2/3 cup sugar 1/3 to 1/2 cup strawberry powder 1/3 cup cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt 2 + 3/4 cups unsweetened milk of choice (or water) Optional 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Optional 1/4 to 1/2 tsp strawberry extract 1. Set out container(s) that will be used (glass storage container, dessert bowls, pie crust, etc) on top of a hot pad. Container will be hot when the pudding is added. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. 3. Gradually whisk the milk into the dry until foamy and smooth. Mix in the extract(s). 4. Place mixture in a saucepan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring continuously with a silicone spatula, until mixture begins to thicken and form lumps, 5-10 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and vigorously stir for a few seconds to remove the lumps, then immediately pour into the container(s). (The pudding should be thinner than you would like; it will continue to thicken as it cools.) 6. Place cling wrap directly on the pudding surface to prevent a skin from forming. 7. Allow pudding to cool slightly on the counter top, then refrigerate until chilled.

Great flavor and color but it’s sticky and clumpy and hard to measure.

It’s good for you I love strawberries I add this to tea cereal smoothies tea cookies cakes and I also use a teaspoon with a little water and make a facial mask smells yummy so good for skin
