My 2kW steamer broke down. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement. It went very smoothly. It's important to use a vinegar solution to clean the steamer regularly, and don't let all the water evaporate!Recommended.

I just assembled this and it seems to have a hole?? What the hell, now what do I do about this?Since they have sent a replacement to my satisfaction.Overall works very well and had helped me sleep and feel much better generally.

I have been using this Steam Sauna couple times a week for few months now. Very effective, work up a good sweat! Recommend placing towels on the bottom to soak up all the sweat and moisture for easy maintenance.In some ways, its better than a Gym Sauna because it heats up within 5 mins and its ready to sit in and being able to do it within the comfort of your own home without having to share with other people (i.e. public gyms). Tremendous health benefits which is what it's all about. I've noticed improvements in my cardiovascular health and skin. Definitely recommend!

When I purchased this item I changed my mind and wanted to send it back, I tried to contact the seller but never received a reply. As it happens I ended up keeping it due to not making contact and ended up using it and was quite impressed. I would have preferred if the steam stayed consistent throughout as it seemed to cool down quite quickly but I sure did get sweaty for what felt like 15 minutes in a half hour cycle. I found the seat very small and I am not a big person.

I bought this portable steam sauna due to ongoing issues I have with circulation (sickle cell disease)I use the steam sauna three times a week. For each sessions, I set it at the highest temperature for 30 minuites. I have done this for 4 weeks.The observed benefits are as follows.- Circulation improved. This is evidenced by reduced incidences of sickle cell crisis and when I do get a crisis, revovery is quicker.- Improved work out recovery (I use the steam sauna on the days I work out).- Helps with meditation and mindfulnessP.S.First of all the company that sell the product were very quick to respond to enquiries.Second, It is very easy to set up.Third, please do not put essential oils directly into the sauna pot / water heater. If you wish to add essential oils to your session, put it in the plastic sieve / filter that stays inside the sauna tent / room itself. This is information I got directly from the supplier.

It is what it is and what it shows on the photos but don't think it's worth it. Product isn't good but the company is never nice they understood I wasn't happy and agreed to return the item

This steam tent is great when it works,For the money. However, It has broken after 10 uses, quite disappointing.On opening the box it looks like it’s been drop shipped from a site like Alibaba, this is fair enough given a lot things are on Amazon. I am guessing this has come from 2 different suppliers; as it came bundled with two individually packaged items in the box.You do have to be careful getting electrical goods from countries with poor quality standards. This is a prime example, whatever chip is used in its circuitry can’t handle the heat the steam pot can generate.

The sauna is 10/10 I was fairly skeptical buying it but it’s the real deal, the fold out chair is fairly small though I’d definitely recommend buying a bigger one yourself
