I’ve tried many different brands, but I’ve stuck with this one for more than a year. This roast tastes smooth and is decaffeinated. It’s a great value, tastes delicious, is ground perfectly for my cone filter, brews well and has a rich color.

This, in my opinion, is the best tasting decaf brand I have ever had. Dark French Roast is the only way to go here. Wow.

I've purchased this product a few times at a lower price. No complaints on the flavor but there isn't enough of a difference to justify the premium $1.11 per ounce when Starbucks & Pete's are 30% less.

Ever since Whole Foods recently changed the label on their Allegro coffees to the “store brand” moniker, the product has not been the same despite the insistence to the contrary, and the changes are especially noticeable in the Decaf French roast.. it tastes like sour sumatra beans. Found this brand of coffee via a search through a number of brands for a decent replacement for that much-missed decaf dark roast and am impressed. This product tastes as good as the caffeinated coffees.. great flavor with wonderful cocoa undertones and crisp somewhat smoky top notes and a lot of body in the middle (we make our coffee in a pour over flask) - classic French Roast coffee. Added bonus is the generous-weight bags it is sold in! At our end of things the search is over, subscription delivery set up.

Until recently, I did not know that the darker coffees are the least decaffeinated. I love a dark roast and this coffee turned out to be wonderful and no jitters! I will buy it again!
