Great customer service.
When I received my knobs one of them had a defect between the number 4. Contacted the company and they sent me a new knob. The new knob also had the same defect. After contacting the company a third time with photos they sent me one without defects. Great customer service!

Volume Knob Cracked on two separate orders!
Ordered a set of these for my Strat then after first day I noticed there was a crack in the volume knob. I thought how the hell did that happen?? What did I do?? I begrudgingly ordered a second set the following day from the first only to find the second set exactly the same!! These are £13 a set!!! Very disappointed!! Don’t buy!
