Product shown in a Jar/Container but after receiving the product found in only ziplock plastic bag. So, it's fraud to customer price also excessive & there should be certain difference in price between jar & plastic bag.

ONE STAR for not maintaining standards and quality
I ordered this second time in the month of Oct 2023. When I first purchased in the month of Sep 2023, the Jaggery powder was darkish in color and had a moist, original 'rava gud types' taste in the mouth. BUT this time the powder is dry and light brown in color and tastes like 'bleached' (a bit of namkeen). BUT when raised the concern with URBAN PLATTER team, I got a satisfactory resolution and this clarification :-"All our raw materials are tested against the parameters that are set by FSSAI including jaggery powder. The moisture content of jaggery is affected by several factors such as the moisture level of the sugar cane sap, harvesting conditions as well as climatic conditions. The jaggery processed during the month of June to Sept is processed in humid conditions which might lead to some moisture gain. Also, the jaggery powder that we procure is never bleached"
