20,000 hours?!
Bought pack of 4 less than 2 years ago. Two have stopped working already. If they were on 24/7 two years is less than 20,000hrs and they have been on far less than 24/7/365.Apart from that they have a good light

Didnt last a day
Received two bulbs. Tried one of them and only lasted a few hours, dying while having dinner :(Installed the other one and we'll see how much it lasts.

One bulb started randomly turning off and back on
Installed in a pair of lounge ceiling lights on a dimmer. One week after install one light would randomly turn off and back on again. Swapped bulbs between lights and the fault followed the bulb. Tried to get a replacement and as per Amazon instructions I sent an email to the supplier email in Kazakstan which never got an answer, so now processing full refund.
