I bought a pair of these shorts and liked them so much that I decided that if, and only if, they held up in the wash, I would buy again. I now own four pairs. Here's why I think they're great. Perfect fit, true to size (size 6, medium in shorts). Comfortable, with a wide waistband. Quality fabric. Not one, not two, but three zipper pockets - two roomy ones in front and one small horizontal one in back. Get this. These shorts are even lined. Came out of the laundry as if they were brand new. Among the best pairs of hiking shorts I've ever owned. They are not "as described." They are much better.

I love the way these shorts feel on. They are light and airy and keep you cool in the heat. The length is so great, about fingertip length, which I love! They don’t ride up and the band on the waist feels great, it’s not too tight or constricting at all. I’ve bought 3 pairs and will get them in every color. A staple summer item!

I bought these as an alternative to the Lulu Speed Short, which I love but even the 4" (their longest version) can be too short in certain settings. This pair is a pretty good dupe with an inch of extra length. It's very comfortable and flattering. The only small issue is that the waist band is cut a smidge too small for the amount of fabric on the hips so there some subtle ballooning from the waist to the inseam, but it's not very noticeable. The waist is also cut smaller than Lululemon shorts. I sized up from a Lulu 4 (XS) to a small in this short and it fit well. The XS wouldn't have fit me. I'm 5'3" 115# athletic.

The waist band is so stretching, the material is very comfortable, and the zip pockets are perfect for phones, keys, etc!

I normally wear a small, but I got a medium and the waist was still too tight. While the waistline didn’t work for me, my cousin loves these shorts and highly recommends them. Just depends on your body and how you like your clothes to fit, I guess.

Got theses for a Disney trip. They worked amazing. Fabric dried quickly and was breathable for the hot days. They have some tummy control to help slim the waist but not so tight it’s uncomfortable. The side pockets zip, which is great for keeping things in on the park rides. They appear to be good quality. These were perfect for the trip and any outside activities.

I love these shorts! They are well made and very comfortable. The length is just right for my middle aged body. Not too short and not too long. I don’t have to wear compression shorts underneath. Hubby says they are flattering on me.

These are perfect for running/jogging. The length is excellent. They do not ride up at all. They are nice and light. Wide waistband that sites high. Everything about these are great. I’m not sure how well they will hold up, but they are fairly inexpensive so not a big deal if they only last 6 months.

Close fitting, but comfortable. You can go up a size for more looseness but still attractive. Great side pockets!
