I brew a triple cup and place in a airtight container in the fridge and take a shot every other day. Perfect for my regularity.

ItIt definitely works! It took about 8-10 hours for this to kick into full throttle for me.I used 2 tea bags per 12 oz because that’s how I would make my regular tea. (But you didn’t get that from me, follow the instructions, lol)And idk if it’s related, but every time I drank this tea, I felt very drowsy. So it’s a perfect time to spend a day or two on the couch cozied inside for movies and poopies! Some stomach cramps occurred and gas, but nothing crazy or painful. All in all, it did the job, gently and tastefully.

This tea is worth it! I drink two bags at a time and I have lost several inches and pounds! I work out as well however, this tea has truly made a difference. I highly recommend
