It definitely helps boosting my mood and making me calm. I would say effects last around 4-5 hours. Effects are very instant for me. I can feel it working within 1-3 minutes. It comes in a powder form and serving spoon is very tiny that measures at 200mg (with top being flat after filling) which is more than enough for me. Great value with 500 servings compared to pills. I would recommend to not take more than 2 servings, as long term research has not been done yet on this form of amino acid.

I have been using it for a few days. It is a good product but the price seems a bit high. But since it is an imported product, the price is likely to be higher than other brands. Still, I am very satisfied with the quality of L theanine provided.
