It seems to be very good quality. I have used it for a couple of months and am quite pleased. My only comment is that, compared with other exercise tubes I have bought (and green, at that), I would describe it as medium/light, rather than "heavy." As a result, I combine it with other tubes I have to get the resistance I want.

It woks great but the resistance on the tubing should be higher. I shortened the length, made two tubes and twisted the tubes together. Tension is now about right. Next time I order I'll get the higher tension.

Ordered the green tubing which is rated heavy resistance. It was delivered in a timely manner, but I think the resistance is lighter than heavy and lighter than I would like for working out major muscles like chest, back, and thighs. However, I can use it to exercise "secondary" muscles like arms and shoulders, so it will work nicely. Just received it today so cannot comment about its durability.

Giving it 3 stars because the shipping was super fast.... but... Bought this because the green tube is for heavy resistance. Come to find out it's not heavy at all. My wife who's 5ft tall and doesn't lift weights even said it's too light.

quality wise its fine but the band which seems to be green surgical tubing is pretty weak. The other people in my work out group (we are talking 50 plus year olds) have much more substantial bands. I will have to get another as even doubled up this one is not much.

I first started using these during physical therapy for back and shoulder strength-building, and I wanted a set for home so I could continue the exercises after the therapy was concluded. Thera-Band is the brand that the physical therapist used, and I'm very satisfied with the quality. I definitely recommend this product.

The green band was supposed to be medium difficulty but it seemed very easy to me and I’m 73 years old. So be forewarned.

Just what I had expected. I bought these because I finished with physical therapy and wanted to be able to do some of the same exercises at home. These were the same bands that I had used at PT.

These bands are good but could be cheaper as they break easy and should be better for paying for the brand name of theraband

probably the first product bought from Amazon...The product is pretty good...will definitely suggest people out there to buy this product incase of arm physiotherapy...
