Needs nodded to fit 36-725
I thought it would fit on my delta 36-725. Identical other than the hole pattern... I can drill it out easily to make it work but seems trivial to have it be identical over than some alignment holes.

Riving knife should be the thickness or thinner than saw blade.
The one I ordered as thicker than my blades.

This does not work
This is advertised as fitting a Delta Unisaw. It does not fit my Delta Unisaw 36-953. I didn't get around to trying it on for a while as I had other pressing issues. Today I decided to put it on and that's when I discovered it isn't going to work no way no how. Biesemeyer has good products so I don't know why this was listed as fitting these saws in the information provided for customers to read before purchase on Amazon's product page. That is simply false and misleading information to the buyer. After looking this thing up today and doing much research about installing this kind of device on my saw, I find that a true riving knife isn't even an available option for a Delta Unisaw. They make a "splitter" for it but that really isn't viable in my situation as the mounting area for these devices isn't mounted integral with the arbor. It would be nice if these sellers were more up front with the correct applications in which stuff like this works with.

top quality safety item,but..
I don't know where you can get a better riving knife and this does fit "some" Delta Unisaws, but not all of them. Older Delta Unisaws ( used one in junior high wood shop too) use a splitter not a riving knife, but there are companies that make a retrofit splitter( Micro Jig)if yours is is missing or worn out.

Does not fit on Unisaw
Want a riving knife that I can retro fit onto a Delta Unisaw. Product description states "Works great on Delta unisaws". This riving knife does not fit. Will require significant modifications to fit into a unisaw.

No está diseñada para la máquina que tengo y en la descripción aparecía que sí lo era. El costo fue apropiado y es de buena calidad. Sin embargo ahora tengo algo costoso que no me sirve.
