Useful Purchase
Purchased for an architectural history class in college, while I didn't need ti much for the class, the book is really easy to use (just like any other dictionary) and very explanatory in its definitions.

An indispensable resource
An excellent companion to James Stevens Curl's Dictionary of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (Oxford University Press). A copy should be on every reference shelf.

No penguins.
This book has all the right information in it to facilitate the young architecture nerd's mind, as well as the continuing education for architects.

but the content on the pages is identical so overall I was satisfied with this purchase
The copy I received had a different cover and was a little worn despite the description, but the content on the pages is identical so overall I was satisfied with this purchase.

O.K....but
The thoroughgoing content of the this resource is limited by the difficulty in reading it--notably the point size of the the print. Surely the format could be modified to make it easier to use.
