It's a great and very useful product though....but after using for few days it suddenly stopped working...But when I contacted their coustomer care team..They assured me to exchange the product....And the new flosser is working fine now.

I’ve been using the AGARO Ultra Portable Dental Flosser for a couple of weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. It’s compact, lightweight, and super easy to carry perfect for travel as well as daily use at home. The water pressure is strong enough to clean between teeth and along the gum line, yet gentle so it doesn’t feel harsh.What I love most is how fresh and clean my mouth feels after using it much better than traditional flossin, and it reaches spots that regular brushing just can’t. The item is good, but mine had a defect. It stopped charging after a couple of months. What I’m really pleasantly surprised about is how well Monalisa from customer support handled the situation and resolved the issue without a fuss. She replaced the item after I sent her a video of the problem with my product. The defective product was picked up by courier as it was within warranty period. The new product was replaced even before the defective product was picked up from me. Thank you Monalisa and Agaro.

It works as advertised but is not reliable. The battery stopped working within 8 months. Have to buy a new one now.

Unfortunately the product stopped working after around 6-7 months after purchase. The service team was prompt to send a replacement product promptly. The whole service process was hazzle free and fast. The product is effective in cleaning up and maintaining good oral health.
