I have replaced the drug I was taking for attention deficit disorder with this product. I get the blue raspberry and mix it with cold milk. Taste like a milkshake plus gives energy without jidders

I think i like the fruit punch better. But this is not bad if you need to switch up. I enjoy this way more than regular energy drinks. Plus the vitamins in it make me actually feel better

The B12 they add is Cyanocobalamin. (Cyanide) If they use Methylcobalamin I’d give it 5 stars.

I love Spark. I normally order the single packets of a new flavor, but took a gamble on the blue raspberry, and bought the canister. It's the best flavor I've tried. It's also very pretty in my clear cup with a lid. I get asked all the time what I'm drinking. I think this flavor will be my most nought.
